The worst track and trace experience of all courier companies! Have had numerous parcels delivered by them and each one has not gone without an issue.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The WORST courier service I have come across ever. Absolute zero coordination between the teams. My parcel was scanned twice at the same location on two different days. Very unorganized. I have been following up with them for the past two days. They seem to have no update on the status of my parcel.
Businesses should never used this courier, i just encountered a very Rude deliver person, for a very long time i have been buying online, never have i experienced such a rude delivery guy. what a pity for the business owner of this company hiring such kind of person who doesn't know what customer service is.
WORST SERVICE EVER....not only they fail to deliver food to customers despite specifically explaining that boxes contained perishable goods, but they also failed communicating they couldn't deliver on time nor at all (we found out through our customers that the delivery hadn't taken place) To make matters worse, when contacting head office to get an explanation nobody answered, the tracking status said "not delivered" without any specifics. Since this morning the packages are M.I.A. 8 hrs later we are facing unhappy customers, no response from the courier and missing packages.... The worst!!!
I am shocked at how terrible this company and services are. How could these couriers still even be in business if they can't even get a single thing right especially with this many extremely negative reviews. I was sent a package a week ago on a Tuesday. I emailed the sender after 4 days on Friday who contacted the courier and was told it was taken to the wrong place and that it would be sent that day or on Saturday at the latest and nothing came. At this point it was becoming urgent and it was just a small package in a central location. It is now the following Monday and there is still nothing. I was told it would be delivered at midday yet its a while after and I am still waiting. Extremely pathetic to call yourselves a courier service. This isn't the first time I have had trouble receiving a parcel from this courier. I have tried to email but of course had zero response. Very disgraceful.
Have to agree with most other reviews here having been a customer of there's for over 5 years. The customer service is non-existent. They simply dont care if you wait days for a parcel to be picked up. Accounts are incompetent and no one wants to know if there is an issue. AVOID.

Like every courier service Now Couriers are not perfect, we have been long time customers with them and while we have had ups and downs, we have stuck with Now Couriers because they have great customer service. I occasionally have to ring other courier companies to track goods coming to me and I have no regrets sticking with Now Couriers. Keep up the good work guys, please keep your customer service team happy as they are all very dedicated.
