Bought some multiclean chemicals from these guys and the staff member was very helpful. Good service with a wide range of products. If they listed stock availability on their website, that would be a great improvement.

takes up to 2-3 weeks to reply to a email will not return calls provided part numbers from a parts manual they sent us . they said the part numbers don't mean anything and could we send a picture or describe the parts. after doing this only 1/2 the parts arrived that we ordered . Very hard to understand the parts person on the phone . Tried talking to other people in the branch and they don't seem interested at all

Great service however not sure about the prices, for example Dilmah and Bell tea is much cheaper in a supermarket and we prefer to buy there.

Called in today to buy some Sorbo window cleaning equipment. They had virtually no stock in the shop and the staff had no interest whatsoever in serving us. Plenty of staff on duty, but none that were interested in customers (we were the only customers in the shop at the time). A wasted journey to a shop that has little to offer.
