There are a few things I like about NZ Laptops. I like the handy location, the easy parking, and the opportunity to buy great tech for a really attractive price (last count, one laptop, one iPad, one iPhone and an iPad keyboard). But the thing I like most is their steady, generous, respectful customer service. Uncommonly good. I warmly recommend Glenn and his team.

Awesome service from Yang at NZ Laptops. He sourced a hard drive for me to replace some aged equipment and transferred programme and data. Super quick, efficient, and patient. He knew exactly what the problem was and what I needed. Even though my purchase was low value, he helped with printer driver set up when I came back in and didn't charge. Totally recommend, will definitely be going back to these guys for next upgrade or repair.

Great service, bought a new laptop but was broken after an update from Asus. Fixed it within a few hours so was able to pick up and use it very soon :) Friendly and good knowledgeable staff.
