Rang up try to make a booking for my toddler who got fever for the last two days. I know im not registered with them and I got so mad I forgot the name of that lady who was answered my phone. (Cheryl) well, she talks like a machine .... Don't even have any human emotions or compassion towards a mother who got a sick child. Keep saying No. Blocking me out of the door. She can just simply say:" you might be better off take your son to your registered doctor or go to the hospital or suggest something useful. No..... She just talks like a cool empty machine. Very disappointed and I will definitely not gonna transfer to you guys.

this clinic has served me and my family way beyond call of duty. the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. the doctors have offered support far more than any doctors we have had in the past. i wish all GP clinics treat their patients this way. keep up the good work!

My teenage son had a blood test while enrolled at this practice and 6 months later after transferring to Whitecross, I found out he has a rare genetic liver condition which was noted on his original file that was transferred from this practice, but neither him nor I was ever notified. Shocked and disappointed. The reply from Onewa Dr's (below) that we were not enrolled is incorrect, we were enrolled for over a year and at the time this review was written. I have since transferred to another GP. In respect to the practice's (edited) reply which discusses the test results (without my permission), this is clearly marked as a genetic syndrome that I needed to be informed of, out of normal range, and flagged on the lab report. I have no faith in a medical practice that does not inform patients or parents of abnormal test results and then seeks to minimise both the result and the lack of communication. My son was the patient, not myself, and that is irrelevant, he is underage and I am his parent, neither of us were informed. You have located his records but rather than contacting me you've posted his medical information and also provided false information in a public place. Disgusting.
