Olga is the best optometrist I have come across within Auckland over the years. Graham is an awesome guy who gives great service with a laugh and has a talent for picking frames that suit your needs, face shape and colour. Instead of spending hours trying to find frames I like, Graham manages to pick 3 pairs that are all spot on and a pair he chooses are always the ones I end up getting! Between his talent and service and Olga’s knowledge and ability to pick the smallest of things up during a test along with explaining it to us clearly so we understand, I won’t shop anywhere else or use anyone else. I have since had 3 other family members and other friends all use Olga and Graham at the Papakura branch that love them just as much. I highly recommend booking a test with Olga and talking to Graham when choosing your frames. This is my 7th year using their service after many awful experiences with other branches, people and other optometrists.

Terrible customer service. Phone doesn’t work so can’t get through. Came in physically to site and one of the team barely acknowledged me. Olga the optometrist is nice but the serving team could do a lot better especially Graham.
Been coming here for years and the service is alway excellent. Friendly happy staff who take the time to listen and never rush you.
Was very good help an im so happy with my glasses an the help there got assisted straight away no waiting.
Always a pleasure the guy there graham really looks after his customers and goes above and beyond a definite asset to your team.. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
Blatantly rude, Spoke with I think Graham over the phone and he didn't seem to want a bar of it. Wouldn't recommend
