Staff are super friendly. Great variety of food, lovely baked goods, great prices. Easy parking or pick up online orders. Loads of hand sanitizer placed in-store as well as outside. Can't get my son's legs into the trolly for sitting, he fits elsewhere and was a bit upset.

Everything is the best. Customer service good. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Cheap and good quality items.

I also enjoy the specials are on meat area best fresh affordable if you got big families easy to fine what your looking for teams a great they are cheap here but the problem is when you ready to pay need to open all aisles it gets so cramped up thru the waiting old people get very tired legs

It's been awhile since I've visited here. There's plenty of under cover parking, a lift is available, a ramp if you wish to meander or push your trolley, or the stairs, my grandson loves the stairs. It's busy, when is it not, but its like organised chaos. I actually enjoy grocery shopping, especially looking for my basics and when they're on specials price.

We went online to purchase from Pak n Save, Westgate. Among other items we bought avocado. After taken delivery we already noticed that a couple of their avocado were brown, soft and not fresh. On cutting two of them they looked horrible (see photos). This is definitely not suitable for consumption. If their packers find that the products are not fresh, they should not put them into the bags for their customers. From this I feel that they are taking their on-line customers for granted. They are treating their on-line customers like rubbish bins to help them to get rid of their stale products not suitable for their shop’s shelf. To-date I have no such problem from other supermarkets. This is the first time and it's Pak n Save, Westgate.

I park my bus when laying over outside Pak n Save, but did go in there yesterday, fairly impressive, & also has fuel discounts.
