Went there today to buy a valentines gift and was pleasantly surprised by the service today, they were very helpful and offered great advice specific to my needs. I believe I was served by a woman called Angela. Will definitely be back again for my gift needs. --My girlfriend loves the rose bracelet!!

I have been to a lot of Pandora located stores but this Sylvia Park store was the worst place that I had a very bad experience. I heard the bad feedback from my other two sisters about this store but today, I did see it with my own eyes. I am a loyal customer and purchased lots of money for the products. However today I was just looking for a gift for my sister and I was asking for the promotions first but the girl named Sonia, a Chinese girl who I did't notice the name and even the manager were not happy when I asked for the sale items and were impolite when they asked me how much of my budget. Furthermore, they were not helpful at all when they keep asking me to buy expensive charms instead of looking for what I needed. I was very disappointed, feeling not welcome even I bought 3 original price items . The head manager should look after this store better.

Pathetic customer service. No i am not a customer looking to return anything. Just expected some help in looking for a online product in store. Staffs are unaware about pandora products and specials. Definitely need customer service training. I am a loyal pandora customer so I preferred moving to another store where staffs are helpful and polite.
