Amazing place food and drinks with friendly staff, but they can be open a bit longer for the public and keep the toilets cleaner after hockey practice.

Some skates are very old and rusty and the place is generally understaffed. Staff have to run between cafe, reception and skate rental which often means long waits for service. Great skating tuitions though.

Good place to go for Ice skating, my daughter enjoyed her first lesson! And my son enjoyed his laser tag game, would be great to have a party here as well. Facilities seem good lots of parking.

Great fun. Music good and lights dim as the night goes on. Would have been 5* but for the person in the cafe place. Waited no joke about 8 mins for a drink with no one waiting our side. Would gladly go again

The skating was fun but it was understaffed and too chaotic. It was a busy Saturday and there was only one person in the skate hire and they were rushed senseless. They kept giving us the wrong size skates and even though we paid for premium skates they didn't have any in our sizes. After we finally sorted the skates out they re-surfaced the rink. It was nearly an hour after getting there before we finally got on the ice.

Had a wonderful time last week with my 8 year old granddaughter. The staff were so helpful especially the young lady helping with the ice skates so kind and patient as this was our first time. I can’t thank you enough great place to go and have fun very well organised and reasonably priced. We will be back.

I have been frequent and just brought my own skates. Well I have found the staff, in particular the ladies, extremely helpful at reception on the evenings and they make fantastic coffee. But often I have a sour reception with the workers on the day shift. It'd be fun for skaters to shift the course every now and again get use to skating on both sides, as far as Ice experience is concerned. And the music is like a poor Commercial radio channel repeated where they play the same songs over and again. I figured if they wanted to widen the recreational sector so hire a DJ charge a little more okay. Drum and bass to hip hop to reggae maybe have George or Base FM DJs. It is nice to make space for freestyle skaters or to position some cones as beginners like to see this too.
