First time the item that was being delivered had been removed from the packaging and was missing when it arrived. When the item was replaced, the parcel sat at depot for a week, but after emailing Post Haste directly, this was quickly sorted out and parcel arrived the next day.

Great service, prompt delivery, cute parcel bags!!
It's been over a week and my LOCAL overnight parcel has still not arrived with an ETA of next week. The Customer representative was lovely, however this service is not worth the cost.
At the moment, pick ups are running smoothly (touch wood). However, when the drivers change, that's when the courier services start to become a nightmare and I am chasing them for pick up. I do like that their prices are reasonable and straightforward, makes it easy when sending items to people.
Total rubbish service. They smashed our parcel and denied anything wrong doing. Very arrogant lady in customer service. Never used it again
Over Promise, Under Delivery Took 6 days for pickup after booking 4 parcels using their website portal. Pass the Parcel has a disconnect between their website, the drivers and service agents, so when you book your job, it seems it is not automatically allocated to the driver, or it can get lost in 'the system'. Basically, the customer facing portal is smoke and mirrors with a glitch of some kind that allows your parcel to be overlooked entirely. (don't worry you have already paid for the service at this point). On phoning for help to find the parcels, the service agent can't tell where the parcel is, or if it has been picked up, so they have to ask you. "has it been picked up". It took 7 days for 3 parcels to be delivered and 8 days later 1 parcel is still not delivered. I have contacted them via email, facebook and phone. At this point (day 8) No response from email or facebook. The phone agent promised a pickup the same day, yet there was no pickup that day. This over promise and under delivery was the last straw. For the price, this is a very poor service indeed. It seems Pass The Parcel can't tell when a customer is experiencing poor service and can't move to rectify customer facing problems when you make it known to them. (no apologies or followup) Their website portal is smoke and mirrors and while it gives a sense of control, it's incomplete or broken and the service is less than best effort and really just doesn't care about the customer (the people paying it's bills). Save yourself a world of pain and run away from these guys!
Excellent service, hassle free no problems at all. LOVE THE FREE PARCEL BAG THAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TRANSACTION.
driver left package in letterbox and signed for it himself even though i was home. customer service says there is nothing they can do even though they did not follow their own terms and conditions. not impressed will never use them
