Useful, and helpful, but not terribly nice. Make you think they think you might be a thief or something; Fry's did that too. And now they're gone. Be nice to your customers. But basically an essential service in Auckland.

Went in and a staff member helped a lot. Came back and she was in a break I guess. Her replacement didn't know what I was talking about and I had to find a staff member. Searched for a free one for five minutes and then left. Easier for me to go to the bigger Glenfield branch.

This is the tech solution store for New Zealand, from parts to processors they have it all. This shop is over two floors, first floor is all the commercial products such as charge cables, lights, cameras phones etc., while the second floor is more computer parts, printers and cartridges, TV's and more. From Apple to Samsung, from Mi to Google. They pretty much stock most items you could think of, and more than a few you probably hadn't. Top tip here is to order online and then pick up in store; conveniently they have a range of stores scattered across NZ. Prices are reasonable, with "cash" discount in store. Only bug bear is the 2.5% credit card levy. Otherwise from hobbyists to engineers this place is worth visiting, even if it's just for a phone cover or new charge cable. They are also one of only two places in NZ where you can buy a Raspberry Pi, and all its components.

Went to purchase a portable speaker. Had great service once I enquired about speaker that I was interested in. Attendant was helpful, listened well, and considered other options regarding my purchase options. Real nice experience
