PB tech is always the Go-To destination for picking up Tech gear. Staff are super friendly and always willing to help. The Manukau branch has a clean easy to follow layout that you can spend hours working your way through at all the various piece of kit to spend money on.

Great store. Staff are good if you can get one of them to help you. We visited during a busy period and parking was a struggle too.

The Manukau store has a lot of stock. That's good. But personal sales attention was horrendous for me, twice!!! They have no empathy or time to explain anything. I'm not sure if this is cultural. Years ago (2010 approx.), it was very nice to talk about computers, linux, etc. Now, I believe they have a new owner who has trained his/her staff not to give ... time to customers. I am not going back to this store. I will dedicate time and resources to find another alternative near my region. Thanks for so bad experience.

I went to PB tech to buy a monitor they were able to price match with play tech and I saved 70. The man who served me was very helpful and kind. We had to wait 30 min for the monitor to be taken from there warehouse to the store for me... But they had a computer set up and I just played Valorant while I waited:) amazing store. nice people. Highly recommend
