"Overwhelming" yes, that's the word I would use for our state of mind when we entered the property market. I wont say we knew nothing of the market when we jumped in but there was always that too much accumulation of information and we were so confused by all of it...the constant bombardment of random advices from everywhere. But, we had Udita and Ajay for our rescue. We are so thankful to them for helping us every step of the way. They made our journey notably smooth, provided us right information, they drove us to the right direction and most importantly kept our anxiety in check. Anyone can get you mortgage but what penguin finance does is remarkable, they will go out of their ways to get you what you need and what you deserve! We knew we had them on our side and they will always put us first in all the negotiations even with the bank. Words are not enough to describe our experience....you gotta meet them to know.
