Quick wasp removal by Owen. He explained everything very thoroughly beforehand. The wasps were gone after a few hours from the treatment. It's been about 3 weeks since then and the wasp nest remains unoccupied (I'll be destroying it soon). The nest was in a very awkward place but Owen provided a reasonable pricing for it, and had completed his job professionally.

We used ACES to help with cockroaches in Feb 2020. It worked great until November 2020 when we started seeing cockroaches again in the garage, on the stairs, in the lounge and even in the bedroom/on the bed. I tried to contract ACES in November, December and January to get a follow up treatment but haven't got a response from the messages I left and can't get through to chat to anyone on the phone. Update : Thanks for the response, we am not unhappy with the service, just with the lack of response to the follow up queries. I wouldn't have put this review up if I had received that response directly to one of my emails or text.
