5 Stars for their exceptional service. Took my dog with ear infection. The vet who looked after my dog was very informative and educated us with what really happening and what all steps we can take. With their guidance, medication and a second checkup visit, my dog is very happy and has no sign of infection. They also gave me a lot of recommendations and tips on ear cleaning process as well as diet. Thanks Team

Took my lorikeet in to get his wings clipped so he can enjoy the freedom outside his cage without worrying about him flying off. He can still fly. Not immediately obvious as he doesn't fly often plus the rush of Xmas and being away. Pet Doctors didn't want to know as it was 2 weeks too late. I didn't receive the service I paid for.

Very receptive, approachable and friendly staff. Dr. Chantale was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, I will continue to go back to her, and recommend the whole clinic to anyone.

These guys are amazing. Went through a really challenging dental with my ferret and all the after care was so great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a exotic pet and will definitely be back. Thanks guys!
