Gold medal for ZERO COMMUNICATION. I appreciate they are very busy with multiple lock downs in Auckland and high demand for their products at the moment, but a little bit of communication would go a long way. Ordered some items 02/03. - No order confirmation -No tracking - No update on when the order might be dispatched. - Multiple emails and phone calls to this company no reply whatsoever.

I was only sent half of my order that I had paid for. No communication was given regarding this, my emails were ignored as were phone calls. I eventually reached someone on the phone who took my details and told me someone would be in touch about my order, which never happened either. 2 months later the other part of my order has arrived with absolutely no communication as to where it has been or any apology. Terrible customer service.
