Product arrived after after 2 weeks. Called them twice. First time I called(a week without my order) they told me my order would arrive the next day. Almost a week later called them and the guy said he'd forward my concern to someone who can help me. No one came back to me. Had to phone the courier company myself twice before they actually delivered. Item is good though, so a 2 star.

Great Fujifilm evening here, amazed at the range of photo stuff they have....cameras and lenses, but lights, tripods, video rigs.....it goes on. Highly recommend a visit!

Purchased a fluidhead on Trademe then saw I could upgrade to a complete trip for a little more. Carl was so helpful in sorting this out and answering some other questions. Great prices and excellent service. Goods shipped fast and arrived quickly. Real happy.

Ordered an Aputure light and there was some miscommunication with getting a battery with it. They stock good gear and are very responsive, I've had some issues with wrong equipment being sent but was easily resolved. I am ordering from outside of New Zealand so logistics is a pain when it comes to resolving issues like this but overall I would keep using photogear for equipment.
