I had an amazing experience when I got in touch with Photogear recently to help with a broken gimbal. The repair team (I dealt with a lovely guy called Yong) were friendly, communicative, quick, and generous in dealing with what was a very simple battery issue. Within a few days my gimbal had been couriered back to me and all I paid for was shipping. Most notable though was the efficiency of the service...I would highly recommend them and even though I am i Wellington, I would not hestiate to send my gear to them if I need repairs in future. Thank you team!!
