I frequent there pretty often. I usually find what I need but it pays to jump on their website and confirm they have the car your after and then check the part hadn't been sold. They won't answer their phone for you to ask if a part has been sold. All their cars are jumbled up but are numbered so again as long as you know the type of car your after they will give you number of the cars they have of that type.

Great facility and Web system. The only reason not 5 stars is that I purchased what the model and year indicated was the correct part but vw changed mid year. PaP had the right part on site but would not let me exchange. I had the buy the part again.

2 entry fee sign at the gate, handed over 2 in loose change and was told can't come in, has to be a 2 coin, what a joke all pick a part places are, better attitude, service and reality needed there. -5 stars

Very simple. Told them the car I was after. Guy gave directions. Got my parts out. Paid for them. Ezpz. Was cheaper than I expected too.
