Pity Jack Lin has to take holidays the staff are running his business into the ground. Not the first time my family has had an extremely rude experience with Dr Sujay Kleeman. No compassion, talks over you, I intend to make a formal complaint over this particular dr who knows nothing about the medication prescribed. Oh, and she basically called me an addict when it was me who found my own help getting off the nasty pills I was put on. Nice work Dr Sujay Kleeman, research benzodiazepine dependency, a very much different from addiction.

This is a good practice. The doctors are all quite lovely (and the nurses!) I like how you can book appointments online. Usually you are fine booking the night before for an appointment (you may not get your usual doctor but it is better than other places that are booked up weeks in advance). There is a pharmacy next door which is super helpful. Lots of parking. My entire family comes here. Oh and the nurse is so good with giving vaccines - barely feel it. My almost four year old didn't even cry.

Receptionist was so vague over the phone, tried making an appointment but she didn’t know the hours, said they could fit me in at their closing time. Podiatrist not overly welcoming or friendly, felt like he didn’t know what he was talking about and still have pain so nothing has changed. Definitely not coming back

I really struggled to find a good GP for my son and am sooo happy i stumbled upon picton surgery. AMAZING DOCTORS! they are very caring and always listen. They are also very patient and good with children. Very friendly staff from the reception to the nurses. always feel respected and welcome. Having a sick child is horrible and having a great GP clinic makes it alot easier.
