Edwin did a fabulous job of adjusting 2 heavy fire doors in an apartment block - one internal and one external so that they had a slower close, and also my internal door was adjusted so that it closes firmly in place and no longer rattles noisily in its frame caused by the vacuum created by opening the other doors. My life without contstand banging and rattling is greatly improved! Thanks Edwin :-)

Had a great experience yet again with Edwin and his team. We had a difficult door which had broken internally in the locked position, Edwin managed to get in without doing any damage to the door and replaced the broken parts. Pioneer Locksmiths are always on time and always do a great job at a fair price. Highly recommended!

If your priority is life is to get everything for the cheapest price possible, these guys probably aren't for you. However, I was very impressed with their professional engagement when I approached them well ahead of a house-settlement date to book in a time to change a key lock to a smart lock that I had purchased myself on an unbeatable deal. Two other locksmiths I approached made it clear that they were too important to book me in around two weeks ahead and asked me to call a couple of days before settlement and they'd "make it work". The lady at the shop responded promptly, asked for pictures of of the lock and the door, and Edwin the locksmith confirmed that the lock would work and offered a firm quote quickly. On the day, Edwin arrived early and was easy to deal with. Most importantly, he really took care to adjust the door and the lock to check that everything worked perfectly. The job wasn't rushed and was highly professional with no cosmetic damage to anything. Recommended.
