The customer service here was absolutely wonderful. I was served by a very cool, fashionable man with a beanie and red vest (loved the fit btw) and he was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable & good at explaining as well as friendly, approachable and relaxed. Even other workers in the store were aware of not getting in my way etc. Lovely experience, and I got some good shoes!!

Amazing service both online, call centre and at the Albany store. Bought shoes online, were too big. Received fantastic service from their contact centre. Checked store's in my area & the availability of the shoes I wanted. In store the team were also super helpful, no issues having to exchange or if I chose to opt for a full refund. Highly recommend Platypus

They don't pick up their store phone?? The service was a bit strange and the people working were very aloof, kept walking away while I was trying shoes on. But I got some very lovely shoes and got some sort of good advice from a nice girl working there. I'm not sure how to feel, but maybe they were just having an off day. I also suffer from anxiety so im very sensitive to noise, and music was quite loud. But they weren't to know! I just think it would be better to keep the volume down a little bit :)! I do recommend shopping here as its good prices, but i think its like Russian roulette everytime someone goes into the store

I Bought shoe n next day I wore it after few hours it was hurting from inside sole then I went there explained that pair is not perfect made so They changed to another pair after rang to Manager . best service thanks. I Will buy again from this place .

Buyers Beware! Good if you want to buy not so helpful if you need to return. Albany branch needs to reconsider their management and customer satisfaction. Attempted to return items twice only to be turned down cause manager was not present. (Nate) first time understanding. Second time was told would only be able to return between Saturday and Tuesday 9-3. I don't see how you can take my money at all times but need specific circumstances to return it. Are you to compensate people for driving back and forth for the whole purpose of returning items? Staff present very apologetic both times attempt to reason with manager was not successful. Would not attempt to shop in a place like this where customer satisfaction is so low on the list.
