Totally rude staff member. I went into the store hoping to change a pair of pants, I bought a couple of days back, because the elastic on one side is faulty, I had bought 3 other pairs and they were all fine. Her reply was we don’t take back underwear, now I can appreciate that, these pants still had their tags on, had never been worn as she could see, and still she wouldn’t let me exchange them, I left them as I dont want a faulty pair of pants that would come apart in the first wash. I’m 66 so have been around, and know what I’m talking about, I’ve often gone in there to buy these pants, never again.
