Great service and high level of trustworthiness. The unit received was partially faulty and I got a refund as soon as I alerted them to it. However, I ended up combining good parts of my old unit and good parts of the one they sent to make something out of it. When I rung again to offer at least a part payment because of it, they were happy that I made it work and didn't want a payment.

Honestly, the Customer service was the best i have ever experienced from any wrecker in the history of my life on earth. I called up on the hunt for a seatbelt for my Audi, After confirming the part number, they went to check the seat belt was high quality for compliance, called me back after 5, confirmed it was good and sold at a very fair price and then shipped it to me overnight - told me to contact them if it didn't arrive by 10am and when it didn't they followed up, i received it at 1pm and managed to get the car sorted and complied - Just in time for the weekend. Just by going that extra mile for someone he didn't know - he made my weekend all that much better - Thanks heaps, you will now be my 1st point of call for any part i require in the future
