Great service and staff. Super helpful and friendly, and knew what he was doing which was great, especially because he could see that I had difficulty making a final decision, which guaranteed that I'd buy the shoes, thank you Jay.

I love puma, but this shop isnt well managed. When you enter the staff are either chatting away or they just stare at you as you walk past browsing instead of greeting you. There were 6 staff on, not one approached to see if we needed help. The lady at the checkout was however friendly. Visited 30/7, when i left and went to converse right next door their customer service was on point. Straight away asked if we needed help with anything... Puma should do the same if they want repeat customers.

05/02/21 extremely rude customer service today I cant believe it. 1st I waited for almost 40 minutes for a changing room which I didnt get. 2nd the 1st lady / cashier did my order said it came to a total of 80 then disappeared. Then the 2nd guy had to redo my order and said my order was 87. Not only that he didn't even offer to give my receipt. Extremely rude and questionable with the staff they had on today. And it wasn't even busy for one. I dont know what the hell that person was doing in the changing room for 40 minutes or more as well.
