We used Martin Honey and Ben Bibby team for selling our property recently and I must say we were more than satisfied with the work and effort they put together as a team. We felt the whole process of the selling went very smooth. The home stylist visit they had organized gave us wonderful insights to present our home beautifully with very minimal changes. The photographer and his drone did an excellent job capturing our home at it's best. Be it private appointments or weekly reports of open homes or follow up with potential buyers their communication was fantastic. The video of our property came out very professional. Ben and Stephan presented it very well. We listed our property when the market was crazy, the team was very busy with many other properties yet their quality of communication or commitment never changed or dropped. Highly recommend selling your home with Martin & Ben. We were in a precarious situation where we had to sell our house on the very top end of its market value in order to upsize, in the middle of on-and-off lockdowns, and they totally smashed it out of the park. The whole team is just awesome and full of energy. Couldn't have asked for better communication from Ben, Sarah and Stephen, who kept us updated every step of the way.
