Great job. I approached 6 different companies and no one agreed to do the job as the job was technically difficult. Reliance ventilation was the only one who agreed to take on the challenge. The suspended unit was installed in a conservatory. The only unit that could be installed was the ceiling suspended one. I met the team a few times to plan the job before going ahead with the supply and install. The job was neatly finished and in an efficient manner with no extra requirement for patch-up work. Pipes from the unit were well hidden in the soffit. Communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend this team.

So i had a problem with Reliance with one of their staff. After filing a bad review i immediately got contacted by Sanjiv Kumar their owner. He investigated the matter and apologies for the incident. He explained the particular staff was over stressed due to the last lockdown and he is working with him to resolve his issues. He then offered to personally come over to check my heatpump in a few days and he did. Working with your own people instead of just a quick fire/termination shows a health work enviroment and attitude in the workplace. And when there is a health workplace and enviroment there is also great customer service.
