Unfortunately i've never come across receptionists so rude and dismissive - and have chosen to leave this practice due to being told numerous times while attempting to book an appointment for a GP that i was not a patient at their practice - had they searched my name, they would have seen that i was. Not exactly what you want to experience EVERYTIME you try book an appointment.
