I have been using RMVC for about 3 years, Dr Azra Starka-Kreho is exceptional , i never feel rushed, she is very thorough & always answers my many questions!! I have also seen Dr Andrew Young who is also extremely thorough & great to deal with. Absolutely have no hesitation in recommending using this medical practice.

Cold reception staff lady with glasses, serious lack in empathy, bordering on Xenophobia.Need some urgent training on courtesy and warmth. Went in to register, definitely not going back have found a happier place.

Real Deal

Dr Waterfall and his team are a great practice. I am surprised at those who are taking shots at the receptionist. I suggest all those disparaging the front staff must Get a Life. We all fight our battles and it is shameful to post google reviews like this. Not a kiwi approach..

Doctor Yong is very nice and great as a chinese speaking doctor for my non English speaking family member. But the receptionist Annie is unbelievable rude. Angry kiwi lady who kept giving people dirty looks while they are paying and booking their next appt. Don’t work in reception if you hate ppl of certain race/gender/creed or whatever her problem is.

Very unprofessional, rude doctor I had to deal with. I was told that my follow up appointment would be free of charge. During my appointment with Dr Azra Kreho-Staka she said she was charging me full for about a 12 second chat. I questioned this as I was told otherwise and she said 'I don't work for free, this isn't England. You can leave now and not come back to see me. If you get more sick you can find another doctor.' this goes on a bit to the point she went out to reception and questioned them also making a bit of a scene. Made me feel uncomfortable. Wouldn't trust this doctor, she seems to be all about the money and very rude!

Dr Azra Kreho-staka, well where can I begin. Thoroughly unprofessional and particularly xenophobic vibes. With a name as kiwi as hers I was extremely surprised by this. I would not recommend this doctors to anyone. It was disgusting service all around.
