Great customer service! Staff really knowledgeable and helpful. Got a roof rack which didn't fit on my car. I was easily given options for exchange/refund and everything was sorted out within minutes. Many thanks to Mo :)

I’ve come here a few times when the items I’m looking for is not available at any of my local Repco by my house. The main issue I have is the parking. If you have a big car good luck trying to park, to make it worst majority of people coming here are Man! and I must say some of you need to learn how the to park!!! It don’t help the parking space is measured for small cars but damn, that don’t mean to you should double park. The Breakdown - Friendly Staff - Clean - Always had what I needed - knowledgeable Staff of their own shop and where things should be

Purchased H7 bulbs for 82 on the 22 October 2020.....I brought my Van service forward so that my Mechanic could fit them as driving around with 1 light is not for me and possibly illegal...So 1 halogen failed yesterday....celebrated it's 4 months at work by dying on me....nevertheless found the receipt last night and visited this branch thinking yes they can clearly see 1 is not working ...BUT ...They want me to get it removed ...bring it back to them and they will sent it away for a warranty which may take up to 3 weeks due to Covid however the expectation is for me to drive around with 1 working headlight....I don't find this transaction to be a symbiotic one for sure. In future I shall drive past the Repco to Supercheap cos when I purchased another pair from Supercheap this afternoon I queried this exact issue and was told as long as I brought the receipt in and they can see the light not operating ...they would just hand me another pair.....ALSO the same product was 8 cheaper at Supercheap...Must be where one shops cos Supercheap W Akl were doing biso correctly by believing the paying customer rather than feeling like I was in the wrong ...I was in the wrong by walking into the wrong retailer...life has lessons everyday like where to spend one's hard earned s
