I buy coffee 4/5 day a week . Coffee is good but service is very poor. But down side at the moment we don’t have alternative on international because of other shops are closed. Can’t wait to open other shops.

The customer service is really bad. I’ve bought coffees from here on different occasions with different staff on every time and it seems as if the culture at this place is the same, they don’t care about service . I’ve stood there more than 3mins with no one else in the line while the workers talked amongst themselves completely clueless to me waiting. When i Ordered a mocha, it ended up tasting like hot chocolate. You’re better off buying somewhere else .

Very Slow Service. Waited 20min More For A Takeaway Coffee.when Asked Noone Is Willing To Talk. Then Told To Wait For Another 5min. When Asked Refund, The Coffee "Magically" Appeared Next Second.would Not Recommond To Anyone For This Kind Of Service.

Nice coffee, but very slow service and staff not communicative at all. A lot of confusion about “who’s coffee is who’s” could be solved simply by taking people’s names with the order!

I work on airport and I always get a really nice coffee from you guys but today in morning around 4am I ordered 3 coffees 2 hot chocolates and 1 mocha. The coffee are are not really worth this time as in full large cup I got atleast 40 percent froth. Not happy with the coffee this time.
