Very thorough and easy to work with - we contracted Sam to do 2 building inspections and both times the turnaround time between the inspection and the written report was very impressive (inspection in the morning and report emailed by the end of the same day). He also gave a verbal summary of the inspection and any items of concern after each inspection which we found very helpful. Price was very reasonable for the excellent service provided. Great experience and would highly recommend!

Really easy to work with. No hassles, he liaised with agent even through lockdown changes and kept me in the loop the whole time. He sent through report less than an hour after the inspection was completed. Very good, recommended to go with these guys.
Great experience with getting a pre-approval building inspection from Sam. He is quick to respond and was available at a short notice. He showed up early at the inspection and spent over an hour inspecting the property - very thorough and keen eye for detail. He took heaps of photos of all the areas and did what he needed to do in order to properly conduct the inspection despite the real estate agent not being the most co-operative. Very fast turnaround time for the written report as it was emailed to me on the same day. The report was very comprehensive, easy to read and came with recommendations. He seems very knowledgeable. Sam was also very quick to respond to any follow up questions after reading the report. Would definitely use his services again.
Kathir's reports are detailed and easy to read, but also not just the tick box style other inspectors offer. He was also able to go into detailed clarifications of issues identified. I have and will use his services again.
