Was very disappointed with these guys. Weeks of chasing them with my laptop which they eventually destroyed completely. I had to drive to their Albany branch to chase the boss, and get my laptop back, just to find out their 'technician' destroyed it, they offered me some old laptop instead that wouldn't work, at the end they paid me back my money, but seriously they should have paid me compensation for destroying my laptop. Avoid!

Friday afternoon, 1pm. Well within their stated opening hours and their shop was completely shut. No answer when I called the number.
