This company is terrible - originally purchased charger from them on trademe - they didn't even have the colour advertised so I told them to send me another colour. Then when charger arrived it worked all for a few weeks before crapping out. I left them a negative review, which they asked me to change and they would refund. I changed it, but they never refunded me and then stopped responding to my emails. I highly recommend to not purchase anything from this company, as the customer service is horrible and their products are cheap they will rip you off.

Saleslink have very friendly and helpful staff I am always able to get what I want plus more at very good prices. They are also just a handful of online places that allow pick ups with a shop for viewing items.

wrong colour item supplied, they tried to convince me to keep the item with a 15 refund, which I declined, as I wanted the original colour I ordered to suit my decor! I was sent a tracking number to return the product. I had to take time off work to take this item in to be returned. I provided evidence of it being with post shop, Yet they refused to refund until they had it in their possession! checked the tracking, they've received it, yet I'm still waiting on my refund!NOT HAPPY! Time wasters and I'm out of pocket 80 for product and time off work to return the item they incorrectly supplied!

Customer service staff via email are incredibly rude.. ordered one item from their website but have been billed twice. They are claiming I ordered twice and will not refund one order unless I send the item back (it hasn't even left their warehouse yet) once I pay to send the item back they will then refund the item cost only. Meaning I still get left to pay 2 lots of shipping costs for their error.... terrible first impression... Don't know how they have such positive reviews...
