First ever time trying Sals Pizza & this store did no let us down! The pizza was made with so much love it was hands down the best pizza. He even threw in 2 free pepperoni knots for us. He was really nice & made our experience great. Would definitely be back

I was given a free pizza because I complaint about the pizza I ordered from Manukau Auckland so I went to Mt Wellington and redeemed my free pizza and I can tell you that there is a huge difference on the quality of pizza made of the Mt Wellington branch compare to Manukau branch. The Mt Wellington Sals pizza tasted good, fresh and not burnt while the Manukau brach pizza was dry, burnt, not enough mozarella and no good at all...I dont know if this is franchise or owned by one company but the management needs to fix something in that Manukau branch before they start losing all their customers...because one bad experience will affect all of your Sals stores like a wildfire...We are in 2021 and people nowadays value quality. Mt Wellington Sal's is trying to keep your company's standard so your other branch like the Manukau branch should do the same. When I get the chance to buy Sal's from your other branch I will buy and if the quality is not as good as the one in Mt Wellington then I will surely write a bad review about that branch again. Thank you.

We order here a few times because it is our local Sal's Pizza... But this location is always stingy with their basil on the Nonna's pizza, even when we request extra basil. Sal's Pizza K Road gets the Basil right. If this location put more basil on the Nonna's we would easily rate higher. Sal's Pizza is great American pizza just like I grew up with. Not bottom-of-the-market but not gentrified either. Thanks for the pizza!

Tried to order NBL promo deal (1 Pizza with 3 garlic knots) and I have been advised they are run out of garlic knots. I have asked if I can pay extra and request other side dish as garlic knots are out of service and server rejected my offer. I asked what I will get instead of receiving garlic knots and server mentioned just pizza without garlic knots at same price. I simply do not understand why customers are responsible for fault (not preparing enough food items) of the store and their way of handling situation as I did not felt they are genuine to solve problem but just lazy and want avoid taking orders. Dear Sal's I would suggest you to find someone who is willing to work for your business. I called your business on 24/08/20 8:07pm.
