It appears this company wrote the software for the Venus program that Lyttleton Port Company uses. This would have to be the most useless and frustrating way of logging a load out of the port. There are instruction which attempt to describe how to operate the system and after about the second stage there are no further options to proceed logging in the load to be picked up. Your sense of humor with trying to work out puzzles for the transport company to work out is not appreciated.
