Staff member was unhelpful and uninterested, even to the point that they told me the parts I were looking for are not available anywhere for my make and model car. Went somewhere else and got exactly what I was looking for. Would drive an hour out of my way to avoid going here again.

Radiator had died the night before. After explaining the situation to the staff member at the counter, he had given me a discount on a new RB radiator. Also gave helpful feedback on what to expect when installing the new radiator. Overall a great experience :)
