Hugh came out to see us for our free measure and quote back in January, he was very well informed about the products he was selling and gave us some great recommendations. The quote came through quickly and we were informed of the processing time frame quickly. Albert came this morning to install our screen and he was very friendly, fast and tidy with the installation. Overall we are very pleased with our first screen experience and will definitely be contacting Screens R Us again to have more screens installed when budget allows.

Ordered security door and magnetic window screens. Due to Covid, production was delayed but we were kept informed. On fitting day Albert brought our screens, he was very efficient and professional he was also very tidyas he vacuumed and cleaned the window. He is a great asset to the company. Would definitely recommend Screens R Us

Friendly sales person explained various options to me was early for appointment but phoned first to ensure ok to arrive . Have used this company before fully recommend them to you.
STAY AWAY! So I have paid the deposit on the 20th of jan they told me the security door is going to be installed in 4-5 weeks. Emailed them on the 20th of feb(aftee 4.5 weeks) they told be the door is ready is just the guys who they install the doors are booked in a week in advance and they will contact me in the next week or two. Called them mid second week a lady replied and said the door hasn’t been cut yet and she doesn’t think it will be ready in another week or two! The worst thing is They were not even apologetic or tried to fix it up or ever a reply to my email!!Such a waste of time. DO NOT TRUST!
A fantastic service from start to finish. The contractors came to measure up and discuss my requirements turned up within a couple of days of my first phone call. They were professional, friendly and really helpful with suggesting what would work for us (including a cat door!). My screen door was ready for installation within a week and the contractor who came to fit the door turned up promptly and was both professional and friendly. The door looks amazing. I would highly recommend Screens R Us to anybody. Thank you to all the team!
