My bay has been occupied very often and secure parking has been doing nothing, even I reported the issue many times. One time they refurnished the floor without telling anybody and when I came back from the vacation, my car was fully covered with nasty dust. Not recommend!

They have no person entrance. Looked for everywhere, rang and found you go through where the car went through. Tried to pay extra hrs while it still had time left. Did not let me but I had to park over night. Time ended around midnite, went to get the car at 11am assuming that I could pay remaining and get the car out but the slide door was open and my car had fine paper stuck on the window. Was no point in using the carpark as the fine was 60 have applied for the fine of tue ticket, told will get reply in 10days, no reply (been about month now) emailed enquiry and re-applied. STILL NO REPLY OF ANY SORT! PRICE IS HIGH, NO ONE AT THE PREMISES TO HELP, VERY CONFUSING INSTRUCTIONS.

Avoid at all costs. Daylight robbery. Exorbitant parking fees and likely to get your car damaged due to the greed designing this layout. Go to AT Aotea Sq instead!
