Friendly professional staff. Cut was exactly what I asked for. Walked in, no appointment, no hassle. Will definitely use again.

Asked for a V-shaped haircut but given a straight haircut. When pointed out that the hair is not V-shaped, the hairdresser then did a little bit more cutting on the left and right, probably like 6 snips, to make it look more curvy which pretty much did nothing to make it look V-shaped and said that to do anymore than that she'd need to do a complete re-cut. Not wanting to make a big deal of it, I agreed to leave it at that. Then at the cashier she charged us for the Restyle price. When I questioned it she said the few snips left and right which did not correct the model is a Restyle. When I did not give in she grumpily charge us the basic Cut price but at the same time commenting rudely that we're demanding too much so it should be the Restyle price. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We visited your Albany salon today for our monthly cut - we have been a customer with you for about a year not. We’ll not be back. Today we decided to take our son in for his first ever haircut (previously we’ve been doing them ourself....which has irked to date but he now needed a proper cut! We’d worked our son up to it for about 3 weeks as he was a little bit nervous but finally managed to persuade him that it’ll be great fun!!! I needed a haircut too! The person who we got today was so so so unfriendly and so unsupportive that I’m writing to tell that not only have you lost our custom completely bit we’re gonna have to work hard to build up our sons confidence again to try a hairdresser (Elsewhere) in the future. The person we had was rude, unfriendly, inpatient, didn’t try to engage our son, and couldn’t care less about how he was feeling even after I explained that it was his first cut and that he was nervous. She then didn’t care about how upset he became by the experience and her attitude. Neither of us got a haircut!!!! Your website makes it appear that kids will be looked after, made comfortable, get a lolly etc.....when in fact I’m blown away by the complete intolerance of this person and their willingness to work with a nervous child! Appalling and really disappointing.

After waiting 20 min by myself patiantly another customer came in and was taken preference over me because he spoke Afrikaans. Should really train ur staff on profecinalitly The lady that did cut my hair not the same as above did a brilliant job.
