Every other element of our bathroom renovation went to plan and exceeded expectations....... except for the finishing touch which was a shower glass panel and door install by Shower Solutions. 1: Fortunately we were home because the installer turned up without notice. 2: Despite showing the installer that there was a deck next to the bathroom to work from, he decided to cut/hack the rails in the newly renovated bathroom. 3: Clearly obvious that our new toilet and bath were used as cutting benches because metal shavings and off cuts were scattered all around them - fortunately I was able to remove the black marks off of each; unfortunately the same can't be said for the walls which will need painting again. 4: No clean up - none at all - besides the metal shavings, there were bits and pieces left throughout the shower and bathroom. 5: The only clean up appeared to be for himself - there was water, dust and hair all over the new basin, mirror and walls. 6: Silicone all over several glass and tiles. Oil patches left on several areas of the new tiled floor. 7: Messily cut frame joins and screws that have been so poorly tightened that the black plating was etched away (I've since gone with a matt black touch up because it looked amateur). Would I recommend Shower Solutions? No. Are there better installers out there? For sure, because I've used them before. Don't spend on making your bathroom look great only to have these guys bring it down a level or two.

Highly recommending Shower Solutions to anyone out there looking for the great value for their money. I am one of the happy customers, who had the opportunity of dealing with this great team. Despite the fact that I am out of Auckland, the team did a great deal in making sure that the process went smoothly and efficiently while meeting my personal expectations. We got Shower Solutions in to so a reno for us after a competitor took well over a month to install the shower and needless to say the client was not happy. With Shower Solutions we didn't wait long at all and the client super stoked st their new shower. Highly recommend!!!

I chose these guys to replace a shower because of their amazing reviews, but our experience was totally different. The installation quality was absolute rubbish. A second installer had to come back to re-do some of the work, but could only fix 2 of the 5 problems I had raised. At no point did Grayson or Jay call or email me to find out about the problems, even though I had suggested they come out to look at the workmanship - they just weren't interested. And we weren't even offered a discount for the poor quality job and delays, we were basically held to ransom to pay the full (expensive) price in order to get the warranty issued. Really disappointed and would NOT recommend this company. FURTHER UPDATE: after reading my review, the Shower Solutions guys tried to get me to change it and have since barraged me with rude and abusive emails. They're also trying to charge me an additional amount, and have withdrawn my warranty unless I pay more money. (Not that I would trust them to honour the warranty anyway). Absolute cowboys!!
