Amazing customer service and support. From enquiry to install Vienna and the team were quick to respond. We received excellent information and a good range of options to hire or purchase our ice machine. When I had a bit of trouble after install I contacted Silver Chef and they had the warranty team with me in no time - they were extremely supportive to help us fix our issue (which ended up being an install problem not equipment in the end). I will definitely be in touch again if I have any big ticket items we need for the future.
