What a beautiful, soulful, restful weekend with a gorgeous bunch of woman! The trio sisters have a special, magical, unique bond between them and they all brought something so special to the retreat. They are all three so knowledgeable in their own unique talents and so gifted in their ability to create beautiful retreats which makes you leaving the retreat feeling loved, capable and ready to take on the world! The food was absolutely delicious, the location was gorgeous and the company was Ahaaaaaaaaaamazing!!! Thank you Trio sisters... Keep doing what you doing!!! Love your work!

If the one day is a taster, then treat yourself to a multi-day retreat because spending time with these warm & talented sisters is just the tonic!
A Sista Trio retreat is truly positive experience. I did the three day retreat at Paradise Lodge in Waipu. From start to finish, the three sisters created a relaxed, supportive, joyful and totally welcoming space for everyone to enjoy. It is a unique retreat because they are so authentic. Plus the food was delicious, the connections with other women were real, Jen’s yoga was deeply nourishing and the self-care discussions led by Coryn were informative, hilarious and very kind-hearted. Highly recommend!
I was lucky enough to receive the Waipu Retreat weekend as a Christmas present, and it was one of the best gifts I have ever received! Coryn, Jen and Toni hosted the most wonderful weekend, bringing together 10 other women who were full of laughter, wisdom, and openness to connect :) A weekend with the perfect balance of relaxation, learning, discussion, connecting, and don't forget the DELICIOUS healthy food, and the incredible location! We were all treated to a weekend of luxury - no dishes, no cleaning, just relaxed fun. I highly recommend this retreat, or any workshop that the Sista Trio host for that matter! Thank you again ladies, it was just what I needed :)
I recently attended the one in Waipu Cove. All I did was: Connecting. Breathing. Resting the mind & soul. Doing what makes me happy. Setting intentions. Having meaningful conversations with powerful women. Making likeminded friends. Having time to reset from life's chaotic & competitive rhythm. No TV, no alcohol, no coffee, just yoga, nature & good vibes. And most importantly no kids, no cooking, no dishes, no laundry, no cleaning! Amazing food! Highly recommend.
