Dr. Moaveni was incredibly condescending and unhelpful. Unless your idea of fun is spending 400 on a consultation that will go absolutely nowhere, don't bother making an appointment with them.

I have been blown away by the friendly, caring and professional phone and email communication from Karan Lambert with Skin Institute Call Centre & Administration. I had to postpone an appointment and later cancel another appointment and I felt that Karan was extremely empathetic and understanding at both times, something that is not always the case with these things. What a great client care experience - for this reason alone I would recommend the Skin Institute. I also had a very positive experience with a free mole check with Dr. Sue Cutmore last year and think it is wonderful that you offer this service to the community, especially in NZ where we have such a high risk of skin cancer.

Honestly at first I was very hesitant to walk into yet again another skin doctor claiming that they can cure my rashes. On the contrary, entering the skin institute Remuera gave me hope and positivity for the future. The first steps into the skin institute you are immediately greeted with friendly and very helpful staff. They give a warm welcome and are very specific with what is going to happen next. Personally, my doctor is Dr Varnia Sinovich. She is AMAZING, she pays attention to your needs and desires and showed outstanding service to my skin rashes. Dr Varnia and her team of highly professional nurses took care and showed passion into the work the skin problem I was having. My skin showing immaculate improvement after just three days since consultation. I would definitely recommend coming to Skin Institute first !

Maneka Deo is one of the best skin doctors, I know of. I was suffering from a full body allergy rash due to waxing. And with 3 days to go for my exams, I helplessly approached her and she just turned it around in 3 days. I cant thank her enough. She is very understanding and calmly understands the issues as well. She knows her trade well.

Friendly and professional staff. I saw Dr Maneka Deo who was flexible in her approach, easy to talk to about concerns etc, and carried out the operation swiftly and without issues.

Modern facility, friendly specialists. Went for a free spot check, had to book a month in advance and sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time, but the appointment itself only took a few seconds. Would recommend going if you have any moles that you are concerned about! The clinic is located on Level 2 of the Eye Institute.
