Love the tables & alot of space around them to move freely. Polite staff & good music. Menu looks good, will have to try it next time

Went tonight for the first time! Mondays are buy one meal and get the second for free, was definitely worth it our meal sizes were massive! My fish and chips was yummy with salad and chips sooo bloody good! My daughter had chicken burger the size of that was just impressive and she said it was so tasty. The beef burger was good real meat not the cardboard type stuff. Really good meals we be seeing you next Monday as well. Well done Northwest Slate so tasty.
I recently visited Slate and man was I impressed! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they definitely set the vibe for the evening. We ordered a variety of drinks of their menu and they all were all presented beautifully. and tasted Great too! The food is NEXT LEVEL and the chicken nibbles were delish! 5/5 Stars for sure as I think I've found my new spot !
Had a lunch date with the husband today at Slate, and I was amazed at how big our meals were not to mention how delicious they were too! Friendly staff would highly recommend this place for some yummy tasty food.
My partner and I visited Slate today for some lunch and I was pleasantly surprised yo see they have a vragn burger on offer unlike many of the other surrounding eateries in northwest. Big ups to them for that to begin with! Once ordered, the food and drinks were very good. The waitress was so lovely and very accommodating of allergies, she even offered to replace the halloumi in my salad bowl with vegan cheese and they made a unique dressing just for me so I knew it was dairy and soy free. You can't really ask for better than that when you're dining out! Food was well priced, beautifully made and presented, staff were accommodating and the place was clean and tidy. Just one improvement I'd suggest.. A vegan dessert would be amazing. We'll definitely head here again!
Wonderful food and amazing service. Very generous portion sizes. Can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu! Great value for money and the chips are to die for.
We chose Uber eats on this place a few weeks ago and we were super excited to try out the food as it looked delicious and the place has great reviews. I ordered the buttermilk chicken burger and my partner ordered the prawn burger. The chips that came with it were delicious and my first bite of the burger was but my partner and I both didn’t like the taste of the buns. Over powering and tasted stale, I think they might use brioche buns and they’re not supposed to taste stale. We both didn’t finish our burgers because of this reason and were pretty disappointed considering the hype and the price of the food.
Very cool place first time being there and will be back to try more off the menu
