Excellent sales service. Delivery was near expected date despite Covid Lockdowns, and hassle-free. The sofa bed design is so clever and compact, unlike so many others on the market. Very easy to pull out to a bed, then slide back to a sofa. It is well made and strong. Would recommend both the service and the sofa bed. Thank you.

Went here for a couple of bar stools, very helpful, customer service was excellent. Sofa Beds are really nice sooo easy to make up for bed and has storage for bedding for it to go into and very comfortable to sit on too, plenty of parking, easy enough to find just use Google maps, would definitely recommend them.

Can’t believe how easy these guys were to deal with, and how brilliant the product is (Monte Carlo sofa bed in double size). I had shopped around at all the usual chain stores but Smooch’s product was MUCH better quality and really affordable. Loved the range of colours available, and I love how versatile and comfortable the sofa is - both as a sofa and is a bed. They kept me up to date the whole time, gave good advice around sizing etc (my place is tiny and the sofa is perfect), and were just generally awesome. The product looks just like the showroom one, and works just as easily as Jason made it look in the video. One SUPER happy customer here, would highly recommend Smooch to anyone.
