Friendly and helpful. If you have all the paperwork done, obtaining a SA visa is straightforward and quick. Booking an appointment in Auckland can be tricky as the web occasionally plays up and shows no slots available. Call to check availability of appointments if web says none.

Had to visit twice for the visa applications for our household. Initial appointment was only available a month from the date we booked it, and that first visit was very frustrating, with some of our supporting documentation apparently not acceptable. Second appointment was much easier to book, only two weeks later, and Nick at the appointment was very helpful and friendly, so a happy outcome after a lot of initial stress!

Awesome customer service the staff were extremely helpful and informative I was missing a paper or two and the young lady who served me really helped me by getting both the papers done on the spot I would recommend everyone to go here rather than going to the south african embassy itself
