Id like to thank the amazing team at SAFS for the organisation of, and facilitating my father's funeral seamlessly and professionally in a very short time (3 days to be precise) Catering, live streaming, obituary, florist requirements, slideshow, cremation, advice, 24 hour service and more. Everything was perfect and also very well communicated. I had to manage things from Melbourne, Australia with family which I found to be VERY stressful. SAFS was extremely empathetic and understood what was required, following up with frequent check ins and reminders (which I needed) The day went without a hitch and Id also like to mention that doing everything through Covid restrictions was particularly challenging. SAFS exceeded our family's expectations phenomenally. We are all so grateful to SAFS for a 110% stress free process, from start to finish, they went above and beyond Ps: Id like to mention that the makeup artistry for my Dad was breathtaking. He looked very handsome and smart, more so than in real life Probably not something the average person thinks about, but I had a friend in school whos mother did that as a job, I found it fascinating. I have photos, but wont post them for obvious reasons, take my word for it! #truestorybro

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for everything you have done to give my brother in law the beautiful, dignified send off he deserved. Thank you so much for helping make the process so seamless and stress free during this emotional and sensitive time. Thank you for being professional, trustworthy, compassionate and so easy to deal with. I called Robert and his team after a nightmare situation with another funeral director. I was very upset and distraught over the service i received from this other company. Robert talked me through it and told me that he could come right away to pick up my loved one. Once he arrived, i knew i had made the right decision to transfer my loved one to Roberts care. I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for me and my family. We have just put our Dear Aunty Ryma to rest here in Rarotonga, and I take my hat off and give 2 THUMBS UP to you Robert Jnr and your work partner for the awesome service provided. We were amazed as to how you treated our Aunty Ryma with courtesy and respect, treating our loss as though it was yours. Though it was one of a kind of funeral arrangement, you did not show any stress to the issues we went through, instead you went out of your way to make things happen the way we would've loved. My family and I had a wonderful experience dealing with Robert Jr at South Auckland Funeral Services. He was a pleasure to deal with and was on hand whenever I had any questions through the process. All paperwork was handled in a very professional manner. He made the whole ordeal very relaxing and stress free. He even took the time to ensure my Mother was cared for during the transitions to the church and cemetery.
