Terrible service or should I say no service. Go in and the sales guys are huddled together talking about how fast their cars can over take. Waited around to try interrupt their conversion but no luck.

I've had some extremely poor service from john andrew ford so i was trying to find a ford service team closer to home, and I'm soooooo glad i did! From the first call with the receptionist to make a booking, down to picking up my vehicle once there were done, every conversation and interaction was friendly, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I have 2 vehicles that i will definitely be taking back to the team!

great staff here, service and use to deliver new vehicles to them from the port....they have restroom and a coffee lounge while you wait.

Initially wasn't happy with the first service. Came back to do a touch up and it was very well done. Fast and with great communication. The courtesy car is clean and new and a nice drive. Need to make your booking well in advance for it. Happy with the result :)

Very good service parents own a mazda2 had no issues with it, I'm now looking at purchasing a new mazda2 or 3 from these people next year when the new facelift model comes out.

Good factory repair shop for Mazda and Ford. Not 5 stars as long wait for courtesy car (approx 2 months) when booked in car for repair.
