Absolutely the worst customer service I have come across in all my years in business. Despite numerous attempts,still waiting for them to sort out my account. Goes back to March and costing me 200 to 300 more than it should each month for numbers that are not mine or are obsolete. If I had choice I would never use them again. Hopeless Hubb and a zero rating is too good

It is very hard to contact them, have to wait for hours. Also some support given in the past is no longer provided by them even it is basic service e.g.about email settings.

10 minute drive plus another 10 minutes of my life I can't get back again. Needed to convert micro-SIM to nano but, even though I have a business account they referred me to their Albany Centre because the 'type' of account was 'consumer'.
