Booked an appointment online, and came in for a free AA Eye Test. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and non-pushy. The test and technology side of things were very impressive, along with the staff associated. Was very impressed and happy with the whole experience. Will definitely be back to this shop when required.

Went in today to get an eye exam. I have bad eye sight who knew? anyway I did not need good eyesight to see Takapuna Spec savers has great customer service. I especially liked Herman (on the font counter) and Andrew (the optometrist)
A full sized optometrist with a large collection and variety of frames and glasses available. The eye test process is quick and well explained in detail. The staff are nice and helpful. Prices are set up for every pocket and customer preferences. The turn around times for getting new glasses are a bit late since mostly are manufactured elsewhere. Otherwise, the sales and services are very well managed. It is suggested to book appointments since the wait times can be longer. Overall well recommended.
Had my eye test there. Didn't get glasses though because there wasn't a pair I liked. Prefer to buy them online.

Went in for a driving check before I sat my full and Ben and Audrey were both super friendly and helpful so it was a really quick and easy experience! Definitely will go back when i need to update my prescription!
